Layered Tutu with Headbands

I was hired to make 3 flower girl tutu's for a wedding! They turned out so cute, I want one!

Wedding tutu!

I wanted to make a huge tutu! This consists of 12 yards of tulle! Crazy, yes, but adorable! They aren't practical for anything but photo shoots and weddings, I can't imagine a girl just running around the house in one all day!
